Shipping policy

We ship in the United States. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, and Pre-Order items. 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with real-time tracking details and a link to follow up on your delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer Standard US Shipping, which is covered, Flat, and Free Shipping in the USA.

  • Flat rate charge is $6.85 for orders under $189.00.
  • Free shipping on orders over $189.01.

If you place multiple orders over $189.01 at the same time, we will not charge you any extra shipping fees. 

HANDLING AND DELIVERY TIME

Here's our estimated timeframe to ship your orders to your home address.

  • Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Delivery Time: 6-10 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, Famous Wear is not obligated to resend your order to the right address at our expense.

If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will notify you and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs and any other costs incurred to regain possession of the parcel. 

TRACK ORDERS

After placing an order at Famous Wear, you will get an order confirmation alert in your email with the order number. You can use this order number on our Track My Orders page to track your order status easily.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at info@famouswear.store with your order number, and we will raise an investigation and/or claim with our customer support, which can take up to 5-10 business days to confirm and process the claim. If you received your goods damaged, please include photos in your email to support your claim.

DUTIES AND TAXES

By United States export regulations, Famous Wear is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
