Return Window
We accept returns within 45 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with all original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
Proof Required
To initiate a return, you must provide clear photos or documents showing the item's condition along with your order details. This helps our support team review and approve your request accurately and efficiently.
How to Start a Return
Visit the Returns Portal with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or documents. A support specialist will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email — return shipping is completely free.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with all original tags attached. To request an exchange, email us at info@famouswear.store with your order details and photos of the item. A support specialist will review and confirm your exchange request, subject to product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We stand behind the quality of every piece we carry. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, visit the Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos documenting the issue. We will prioritize your case and arrange a resolution — store credit, exchange, or replacement — as quickly as possible.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Sale and discounted items (including promo code purchases)
- Gift cards
- Footwear and jewelry
- Leather items (bags, wallets, wearable leather pieces)
- Limited edition pieces (indicated in the product description)

In-Store Returns
Online purchases can also be returned in person at our store location. Please bring your order confirmation and the item in its original condition. In-store returns are subject to the same 45-day window and eligibility conditions outlined above.
Restocking Fees
Famous Wear does not charge restocking fees on any eligible return. What you paid is what gets credited back — no deductions, no penalties.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Items purchased using a promo code or during a promotional event are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Return Processing Time
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.
Fraudulent Returns
Famous Wear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions or that show signs of misuse, tampering, or fraud. Repeated return activity that falls outside our policy may result in account restrictions.
